Christina Fate, a rally car navigator for Toyota, is a novice rock climber. In fact, she trained just four weeks on an indoor wall with a coach before heading to New York City. There, she scaled a 120 foot rock wall installation—the same height as a billboard in Times Square—erected by Toyota.
We applaud Christina’s bravery and gumption.
Kids have big imaginations. This is how broccoli becomes trees, a cardboard box becomes a fort and a three-wheeled trike a race car.
To go along with those enormous imaginations, kids also have artistic abilities. Ask nearly any preschooler or grade school kid and they would say that yes, of course they are artists.
It’s for kids that Toyota created the Dream Car Art Contest which is now in its 10th year. The contest is open to kids around the globe and from many different age groups.
