Everyone wants to get the best fuel economy possible but sometimes our driving habits prevent that from happening. But we have a few easy things that you can do to boost your fuel economy no matter what kind of vehicle you drive.

Fuel Economy Tips:

  • Might seem obvious but don’t speed. Driving above 65 miles per hour requires more gas so naturally, your car will need more gas to maintain that speed
  • Regular oil changes and service. By keeping your car in tip-top shape you are keeping your healthy and running smoothly, which uses less gas
  • Keeping your tires properly inflated
  • Remove extra weight from the car. So if you no longer need your ski rack on the car, take it off. You will also reduce the amount of drag on the car as well
  • When driving on the highway use cruise control as much as possible
