The holiday decorations have transitioned from ghosts and goblins to turkeys and gourds, which means that Thanksgiving is around the corner. This holiday dates back to 1621, and the day began to acknowledge the sacrifice given and celebrate the blessing of the harvest received. Today, it has simply become a day for celebrating gratitude for the things we often take for granted.
It’s important that we recognize that the “First Thanksgiving” brought two groups of people together, despite previous reservations they had for one another, and since then it has continued to reflect an interconnectedness among people and cultures. Toyota of Plano wants to expand upon this notion of interconnectedness and give thanks for all the people that make up our greater community, including friends, family, workers, hometown heroes, and everyone in between. Thank you for your contributions to our community.
This year we are showing our gratitude by bringing back our annual Giving Tree Event. Every year we kick off this event by setting up our Giving Tree - a massive tree that sits in our showroom. The tree is then decorated with dozens of sealed envelopes, and each envelope contains one of our exciting prizes. Let’s just say, the selection of gifts has never been better!
We are beyond excited to bring back this tradition, and we can not wait to share it with all of you. Visit us today and ask about our Black Friday Giving Tree Event or click here to claim your Black Friday Giving Tree Voucher.
