I had an oil change, tire rotation and some filters replaced. I waited for the repair work to be completed. It only took about 1 1/2 hours. I was in and out with no problem. I have been dealing with the service manager at Toyota of Plano for some time. He is very honest and does not try to sell me anything I don't need. I drive about 100 miles a day and count on them to be there for me. While sitting in the waiting area I have had conversations with other people that drive the extra miles to get their vehicles serviced at Toyota of Plano. One said she had been to other dealers, but will not go any where else. Thank you

Wonderful experience. Woody was first concerned that I found a vehicle to my liking before appraising my car. at other dealers I have had to fight to get my key back if I didn't find a car I wanted to buy. Jay in finance was very helpful also

my recent visit to Toyota of Plano was as expected and a little more. I appreciated the personal attention I received by my representaive. I also appreciate the confortable waiting area, the speedy service, the refreshment bar and the carwash.
